Delivering, installation and filling The delivered material has to be brought in shielded rooms immediately. The fibre material is sensitive against wetness. Pay attention to uninjure edges. Injured edges increase the installation time considerable.
Prerequisite for the installation is a sweeped building. Start the installation at a rectangular corner. Revisionframes or cable canal parts are installed in means of leveling instruments. Revisionframes or cable chanal parts are shield by foil while the installation of the screed takes place.
The supporting elements have to be filled after assembling the moduls. The proportion of the mug filling amounts 6 : 1 sand: cement. The entire surface has to be covered by a "PE- foil". The installation of the screed has to be follow imediately. The hightness of the screed has to be coordinated with the building direction.
